What you'll do:

• Support front-end service sales, innovation, updating, maintenance of service related products and service product related quoting matters according to market conditions, customer expectations and company plans.
• Support the sales of value-added service related products
• Support the completion of value-added service products specific implementation program, provide service products, quotations, bids and other information.
• Update and maintain the existing value-added service products, statistics of sales data of related service products, customer data, regional data, etc., to assist the direction of service sales.
• Understand the basic situation of value-added services related industries and support the innovation of services or service products and cost-saving programs technical Support for customer on-site service or service products.
• Rapid respond to customer complaint, including resource leveraging , and on-site support /trouble shooting.
• Complete other work arranged by the leadership / service system optimization & maintenance, etc.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in the power industry.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, as well as strong communication abilities.
• Have professional knowledge related to value-added products.
• Good English speaking and communication skills.
