Eaton Aerospace Group France has an opening for a Product Sale Manager, a fully remote position that can be based in France or in UK.
The Product Sales Manager (PSM) role is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and leading growth opportunities through all stages of the selling cycle. This position requires collaborating with an extended field sales teams and growing the Conveyance and Engineered Solutions & Electrification component repairs and spares business for an assigned customer base or territory for Commercial and Military Aftermarket customers. It includes application of value selling with particular emphasis on developing winning capture strategies.

This PSM position will also support FED Retrofits/Modifications/Upgrades, Standards, and other growth initiatives. This role has oversight and ownership of all accounts located in the EMEA region and can be based in France or in UK, working remotely.
What you'll do:
• Ensure that the new business pipeline is healthy with an emphasis on repairs/spares sales for the conveyance and ducting/sealing aftermarket products. Leverages extended resources to identify and execute new business opportunities.
• Apply PROLaunch and value cycle tools in the new business capture processes. The PSM leads capture teams throughout the business capture process. The PSM will work with the capture team to develop proposals and present the Eaton value proposition to the customer as required.
• Work closely with the Regional and Customer Aftermarket Account teams and MRO Repair Station team members. Supports customer visits as needed.
• Manage existing business and new business opportunities in the assigned territory to meet the financial and strategic goals.
• Support the development of market trend/dynamics analyses and how they impact intake performance. Proactively develops and executes action plans to ensure intake goals are achieved and plant health metrics are Green.
• Support the strategic planning process through understanding and effective communication of customer needs. Supports the development of customer needs analysis as required. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the product portfolio, new technology needs and future application requirements. Maintains a current knowledge of competitor's products and identifies strengths and weaknesses compared to Eaton Aerospace products.
• Support the demand aspect of the SIOP process and is an active participant in all necessary phases of the process. Will be the Sales team member/site owner for at least one FED site to ensure proper inputs for all customers are included and properly communicate risks and opportunities in delivering the financial forecast.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; MBA or a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Business will be preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in an industrial commercial customer facing role
Skills
• Must be willing and able to travel a minimum of 25% of the time as needed to meet customer and/or business requirements and/or expectations
• Effective in a matrix management environment
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
