What you'll do:
The Product Sales Manager (PSM) will work with various structures within the group: Marketing (product managers), the Operations (Logistics, Pricing, Quality), Legal, Strategic Marketing, other Sales structures, and Customer Support Representative teams.
The PSM is in relation with our clients (OEM/CEMs and some Distributors), engaging the discussions with representatives at different levels. His/her main missions are listed below:
Locally implement ITD sales policy under proper guidance of the management.
- Achieve perimeter direct bookings/billings objectives.
- Manage the Opportunities pipeline in our CRM and maximise the conversion into Wins (Value Creation) thus reinforcing ITD's position in the marketplace and increasing market share at the right profitability.
- Visit/contact the customers and targets on a regular basis in accordance with the Sales & Mkg plan with measurable design-in wins and incremental sales results.
- Negotiate LTAs for improved business development (NDAs, Frame agreement, Supply contracts, logistic agreements, ...) in coordination with management & HQ Legal Dpt
- Establish /maintain strong relationship with Key Accounts, identify key influent people in the Customer's organisation (Purchasing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain) and organize yearly meeting to share respective strategic vision and ensure alignment.
- Follow up good execution of Supply contracts, prepare Customer performance reviews and analyse /contribute to the improvement of Scorecards.
- Inform the company of the major facts in the sector: organisation charts, competition behaviour and prices, market trends, new programs and business opportunities.
- Actively involved in the pricing strategy for the quotes (with CSR teams & BU), follow-up all offers and report status information to Management. Subsequently update perimeter NBO-pipeline & CRM.
- Make and submit forecasts (3M rolling & FY Landing) and activity reports (Weekly) according to the established requirements and agenda.
- Coordinate with other sales staff that are working within the market segments, and fully support transverse and global sales objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams in France (design engineers, technical experts, quality...) or in the United States.
- Help Customer Credit Department, if required, for the recovery of possible over-dues and solving of locked situations of customer accounts

Qualifications:
- Proven 7/10 years B2B Sales experience in the Aerospace/Defense market or within an industrial enterprise or a specialized distributor for industrial products
- Real aptitude to promote products with a high technical content (electrical / mechanical) for harsh environment applications
- Ability to listen, understand a situation/environment and recommend and communicate solutions
- High negotiation skills, an enquiring disposition, curiosity, and pragmatism
- Ability to analyze and summarize information
- Organizational skills, home office based (autonomy & self-discipline required)
- Mother tongue English, speaking French will a plus
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural dimension immerse in the multicultural dimension
- Familiarity with MS Office and similar business tools CRM
- Ability to travel according to local and company rules
- Valid driving license required
