Eaton's Power Components Division is currently seeking a Product Marketing Analyst. This position is located at our Moon Township, PA facility. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you'll do:

The Product Marketing Analyst will support the marketing and integration of the Power Defense line of Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) into OEM and Interunit customers. They will create, support, and implement the value propositions to generate demand, develop material to support the integration of the Power Defense products and facilitate integration work with customers.   • Implement and help refine customer specific Power Defense transition plans with the buy-in and support of the applicable Sales resources.
  • Provide technical and commercial product support by responding to customer technical requests. Project manage customer transition process by developing specific project plans for individual customers that are aligned to Eaton's goals and the customer's needs. Support cross-functional efforts related to Power Defense product development, leveraging engineering and supply chain teams to drive timely completion of new product launches.
  • Support product line 3yr - 5yr strategic roadmap by conducting voice of customer.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to supply customer application use cases that can be used cases for molded case circuit breakers.
  • Support development and implementation of both strategic and profit plan objectives for molded case circuit breakers.
  • Manage and support day to day customer and tactical activity. Drive sales and orders reporting to support order entry and sales forecast/flash.
  • Lead development of technical content such as application notes, manuals, and design guides, while supporting the creation of marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or engineering
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, technical support, marketing or engineering
