Outside Sales Representative - IT Reseller
Eaton's Electrical sector is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is based out of our Toronto, ON facility and offers benefits from day 1 and with a company vehicle.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $112,000 - 140,000 (total compensation including bonus).

What will you do?
Join Eaton as a Channel Sales Specialist, where you'll champion our cutting-edge Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure solutions. You'll energize a two-tier network of IT resellers and distributors, while strategically influencing end-user decisions through value-driven selling, technical expertise, and commercial acumen. Qualifications:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience in IT/ electrical industry.
- Minimum of 1 year technical experience with Power Quality (UPS) and Power Distribution is required for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the B2B space working with IT resellers and distributors.
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license and can travel up to 25%.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Requirements:
- Post secondary Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution ideally in Business/ IT/ electrical engineering program.
- 3 years experience in the IT/ electrical industry.
- 5 years of technical sales experience.
- Market/ Customer knowledge.
