The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year.

This is a hybrid position, remote and in our Woodridge facility.
Position Overview:
This is an inside sales position whereby you will be charged with supporting IT distributors while working on a team that is dedicated to supporting a variety of accounts. The successful person in this role will act as front-line support to internal and external reps utilizing given tools and autonomy.

Duties included: Providing lead times, pricing, availability, and general administrative support including data entry to customers.

In this function you will:
- Support the corresponding Director, internal sales team and customer for a specific branch of IT Distribution
- Focused on CRM tool entry and processing quotes.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Track customer open orders.
- Ad hoc reporting
- Provide project support as assigned and back-up role support for team members.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum one (1) year of professional experience
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Woodridge, Illinois to be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge us basic excel
- Understanding of B2B sales
