What you'll do:

He/She will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR experise with full-function business partnership. The role will not only conduct the day-to-day operations but drive out the perfomance as being the busienss advisor with stakeholders in Golf Pride.
"• Manpower hiring and interview arrangement
• HRM system maintainence for operation business, ex: payroll, attendance, performance managment and training.
• ER acitivity implementation with projects base (including but not limited to activity execution, employee-care matters, labor-management meetings, and team bonding parties, etc.)
• Other matters assigned by HR head."

Qualifications:

Bechelor degree in HR or related field.

Work experience for 2 years at least in HR field; the experience in MNC/operation site is a plus.

Skills:

"1.Familiar with TW labor laws and regulations.
2.Familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
3.Fluent in English is a plus. (TOEIC 550)"
