Eaton's EPG BLD BLine Division division is currently seeking a Finishing Technical Specialist.
The hourly rate for this position is $32.03 - $37.44 per hour.

• Service and maintain conveyer, load & unload areas

• Perform all associated finishing equipment trouble shooting repairs and any equipment downtime repairs
• Perform Preventive Maintenance
• Coordinate (TPM)s - "Operator care tasks"
• Be available for support of any major equipment repairs
• Maintain Anolyte System
• Work with Quality to address issues and opportunities
• Maintain 5S
• Perform any troubleshooting and PM work needed at the load/unload area
• Service e-coat chiller & powder AC units when needed
• Understand all SDS requirements for all E-Coat chemicals used in the plant
• Basic PC/PLC and electronic controls knowledge
• Must have the ability to learn and follow standard work practices. Requires the interpersonal skills and knowledge to work harmoniously with groups and individuals
• Proactive approach to maintenance and process issues that affect quality and productivity.
• Coordinate paint and wastewater treatment processes.
• Responsible for managing all coating and wastewater activities through different shifts.
• Coordinate tracking and control electrocoat and waste treatment chemical inventory and powder paint material.
• Responsible for painters, FEOs and finishing leads work coordination
• Communicate between maintenance supervisor, commercial supervisor & quality engineer
• Assist in the procurement of equipment, repair parts and supplies as required.
• Help develop and conduct training activities.
• Help coordinate preventive, predictive e-coat process maintenance activities.
• Coordinate paint and wastewater treatment processes.
• Read and follow a highly detailed set of instructions in taking samples and performing chemical analysis.
• Coordinate record test information into a computer
• Adjust chemical baths as needed per instructions both written and oral
• Perform daily preventive maintenance or systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system and perform repairs and modifications of equipment
• Work with paints, solvents, and chemicals; be physically able to move and/or lift drums and other chemical containers
• Repair all air pumps
• Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Must have 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Sherman, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without ongoing company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in metals fabrication.
• E-Coat and Powder Paint experience
• Experience with hydraulic schematics, pneumatic schematics and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with wastewater treatment
• Ability to modify or program PLC's and HMI's a plus
Skills:

• Employee must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
