What you'll do:

The primary function of this role will be EHS management to meet compliance requirement of MESH system. Coach the team to develop EHS to meet Taiwan EHS regulations and Eaton MESH system. Take the planning role, deploy and execute the MESH system to improve EHS. Manage and alert EHS risk to all stakeholders to prevent any possible risks to violate Eaton's philosophy of doing the business right.
Develop, deploy, and promote occupational safety and health management matters, and guide relevant departments in their implementation.
Follow TW regulation and MESH requirement to develop and deploy MESH_ISO 45001 system
Implement risk assessment to identify and control hazards in the working environment or operations.

Develop and deploy chemical, contractor, PPE, emergency and change management.
Industrial hygiene monitoring of hazardous working environments.
Excute safety and health training.
Safety and health promotion to engrange the employee.
Investigation and analysis of incident include near miss, first aid and recordable incident.
Coach the team to find out the EHS opportunity for continue improvement.
Submit to the government to be our site's safety and health person.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree

Skills:

Class A occupation safety or hygiene license is required.
ISO 45001
Occupation safety and health knowledge
Computer skill (ex.Word, Excel, Power point)
English reading and writing
