CLIENT SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST, FINANCIAL SERVICES

As a Client Solutions Specialist, your role will entail a mix of data analysis, original content creation, and support for the sales, account management, and marketing teams. By helping our clients maximize value from our data products, you will not only improve but also transform how our financial services clients perform fundamental research. In addition, you will work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Data teams to help shape cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive and accelerate Earnest’s growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Master Earnest’s data products and understand how our clients leverage them in their process
  • Support the account management and sales teams by joining prospect pitches, educating current clients, and creating use cases that demonstrate the value of the product
  • Identify and investigate company or industry specific trends within the consumer economy
  • Create compelling content and analyses that translate data into actionable insights for our clients
  • Devise and execute processes to produce scalable external facing content
  • Take ownership of accuracy and integrity of data in the analyses 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in an analytics-intensive, preferably client-facing role such as equity research or management consulting
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely committed, hard working, and thoughtful
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional, client-centric teams
  • Organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, index)

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Basic experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with SQL
