What you’ll do…

As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead a team of Recruiters who partner with our Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Marketing, People, Legal, Finance & Accounting, and ISS/IT) to find the best talent in the market that will continue to build the world class SaaS Security products Duo Security is known or. You will report into the Director Recruiting and be responsible for managing all day-to-day activities including mentoring, developing, and building out robust recruiting strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targets.

Skills you have…

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Marketing, People, Legal, Finance & Accounting, or ISS/IT.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Experience implementing successful recruitment strategies including a strong knowledge of different technology and tools.
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market leadership at all levels of the organization to hit aggressive hiring goals
  • A thumb on the pulse of external trends, markets, and communities the team can leverage
  • Data and metrics driven, able to monitor closely recruiting activities and provide statistics about hiring pipeline.
