We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic Leader to oversee a professional staff Delivery professionals, who are responsible for all facets of marketing customer support and product delivery, including order entry, project management and fulfillment. This person will facilitate and coordinate team member work assignments, provide guidance, promote collaboration and knowledge sharing, identify team issues, and provide recommendations on best practices. Will also engage in frequent direct contact with customers, sales associates, sales management, and team members to contribute to account planning, develop customized solutions and set appropriate expectations based on customer business objectives and project requirements.

Responsible for development and evaluation of staff. This includes establishing performance goals, coaching performance, providing opportunities for training and career growth, and evaluating performance. Will also assume limited Delivery Consultant responsibilities, including all facets of customer account management; requirements analysis; project estimating, and planning and quality assurance reviews.

  • BA, BS in related fields of IT, Marketing or Business Management
  • Related experience in database management, customer relationship management, data integrity management and/or data file processing
