  • Be accountable for achieving sales quota by hunting and developing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate consultative selling approach to identify, target and penetrate companies with needs appropriate to D&B HK's services and products.
  • Partner with program management team to tailor solutions that support clients' people development and business initiatives.
  • Develop proposals and deliver presentations with other resources as appropriate.
  • Act as the main contact for the assigned accounts. Work with client business leaders and Human Resources executives on all business opportunities.

  • University graduate with at least 3-5 years' corporate selling experience in business-to-business environment with emphasis on selling intangible products. Previous experience in training field is definitely an advantage.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and result orientated individual
  • Experience in new business development and maintaining client relationship.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Passion in training industry.
