Execute against key objectives for initiatives that span across integrated teams and have North American and Global-wide impact. Serve as business owner for project plans with internal business partners and external vendors; achieve milestones on time and within budget. Serve as content expert, leader & resource for internal/external customers and drive partners to provide relevant data and resource to support strategic initiatives. Represent business unit on cross-functional process & development reviews. Ensure objectives for all sales facing projects incorporate plans to drive growth, improve efficiencies and save time.
- Working knowledge of a sales organization and ability to influence all levels of leadership.
- 5+ years experience in project assignments.
- Critical competencies; problem solving/analysis, communication skills (oral/written), initiative leadership/influencing, driving organizational performance strategic orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous sales training or leadership preferred.
