Position Description:

Program Creation/Governance: Formalize and govern a Customer Experience Program Management function to support our most complex customer solution implementations, administer program principles, resource allocation and service levels.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching, and training PMO employees, as well as staffing projects with appropriate skill sets

Manage and maintain buget to ensure proper staffing levels for both permanent and temporary staffing needs.

Enroll, collaborate and influence the necessary business partners across the organization to deliver a consistent program including sales effectiveness, marketing, sales enablement, service, etc.

Determine the resource requirements for the program and assemble cross-functional program teams using a matrix management approach. Plan and supervise the work of the program team to ensure effective communication and coordination between all teams and team members.

Coach the program team to promote a Winning Culture Environment and develop each individuals leadership skills

Position Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, operations, or program leadership

Experience in designing and delivering service capabilities to a diverse, customer base preferred

Strategic thought leadership with the ability to collaborate and influence all levels of business partners up to and including executive leadership

Superior time management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines, budgets and measures of success without supervision

Must have a very strong understanding of the Project and Software Development Lifecycle

Clear and effective verbal and written communications including presentation skills, internally and externally with customers, both business and technical

PMP, CSM or Six Sigma cirtifications a plus, but not required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field with Project Management.
