We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Delivery Consultant. This person will be first point of contact with customers / sales team / vendors / finance / internal partners. Some of the job duties include:

Own and Manage Customer Accounts (range of complexity and exposure from Medium to High)

  • Recurring and Ad hoc Requests
  • Analyze Customer Requirements
  • Establish and monitor project timelines
  • Prepare project specifications
  • Work with Vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, driving customer satisfaction
  • QA Final output
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of output in relation to customer contract

Provide Consultative Support

  • To business partners and/or Customers on custom solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend alternatives and options with outside in lens

Provide on-going support to Internal & External Customers and Business Partners

  • Promote expanded knowledge of Delivery processes
  • Determine feasibility of new opportunities
  • Research issues involving data quality or potential service failures

Support Delivery Transformation and Specialized Initiatives

  • Participate in specialty teams and/or transformation initiatives by taking lead roles in key initiatives

Position Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills
  • Experience with Data Management and Analytics
  • Must be able to communicate (oral & written) complex order specifications in layman terms and possess experience in establishing project schedules that may cross organizational boundaries
  • Project management experience and proven quality assurance expertise
  • Results-oriented individual, able to handle multiple and/or complex priorities in a aggressive fast paced environment
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office and Project Management software tools (MS Word, Excel, Project, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to travel to customer site or D&B offices for customer visits and/or planning sessions
