  • Provide the banking/finance industry and SME clients with professional and comprehensive customer service.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and related tasks in daily operational services including hotline, walk-in and correspondence.
  • Ensure customers' enquiries are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide end-to-end support to the team and ensure work efficiency, in terms of data entry, digitization, documentations, UAT on systems, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks when required and accomplish tasks assigned by the management.


  • High Diploma or above
  • With 1-2 years work experience in customer service
  • High attention to and concentration on details; carefulness and sensitivity on language and numbers
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures with good understanding
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills, in both written and spoken languages
  • Customer-oriented, mature and willing to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
  • Competent computer skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
