Job Description

岗位职责:

1、客户沟通:捕捉客户的真实需求,并具备出色的判断力,准确把握客户的合作意向;具备独立客户沟通能力;

2、方案撰写与提案:能准确理解、把握客户需求,针对客户需求能快速、高效地出具解决方案,提供专业的Digital-Marketing策略;

3、项目管理:以项目为中心管理并与运营部门协作,确保项目执行顺畅。能对项目的进度、成本有效控制,对客户的服务质量、响应速度实施有效管理,保证客户满意度的同时实现公司利润目标;

4、团队管理:合理分配运营部门同事协作,高效优质完成项目;

5、业务开发能力:能深度把控客户需求,完成客户需求的引导与挖掘,及时发现商机,并达成既定的营销目标。

任职要求:

1、统招市场营销、广告、媒体等相关专业本科以上学历;

2、形象好,亲和力强,语言表达、沟通能力强;

3、熟悉网络营销,具备项目管理经验至少3年(含)以上,至少有5年以上的互联网营销公司或咨询公司工作经历,有独立服务客户的经验,有4A公司工作经验者优先;

4、具备独立客户开发的能力,能够完成相关业绩要求,优秀的相关项目管理及协调能力;

5、能够熟练使用Office等办公软件,尤其Excel、ppt等应用。
