Co-manage a portfolio of accounts (approx. 3.6 million and 300 customers) with a peer Field RM’s within a portfolio of large customers .Providing business solutions that impact performance within the customer’s functional areas: sales & marketing solutions.
Daily customer contacts via telephone, web, email and fax will include: subscription renewals of annual service, upsell and cross-sell including increased credit, marketing/sales and purchasing penetration, customer intelligence gathering, advance application identification and qualification and post sale fulfillment and customer satisfaction assurance. Execution of targeted campaigns.
Effectively utilize sales force automation tools to effectively communicate with manager and organize customer relationships.
Remains knowledgeable of customer’s industry trends, general economic conditions, financial practices, and the broad spectrum of D&B products and their applications.
III. KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of business to business sales experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Applications required.
- Knowledge/use of Sales Force Automation tools: Terms, Siebel or other applications strongly desired.
- Ability to analyze customer’s processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with customers
