• DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

• Recruit and manage end-to-end recruitment Technology roles (e.g., software engineers, cybersecurity, Data specialists, cloud architects etc,).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Manage interview processes, provide guidance to hiring teams, and ensure timely feedback.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
• Stay current on technology trends and competitive market intelligence.

• 5+ years of IT recruiting focused on IT/technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of technical skill sets, IT certifications, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience recruiting for cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Minimum of 6 years of IT Recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
