Being a member of the IT Governance and Assurance Department will focus on advancing organizational goals through the effective and efficient use of IT, by ensuring IT has the necessary capabilities and controls to enhance the stability of DTCC products. The department is responsible for maturing core IT business management and governance capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support Day to Day Operations (Phone Support, Incident Management)
• Administer and Support all areas of the Network Infrastructure
• Work within a team structure to support network operations and network projects
• Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of system maintenance, release updates, upgrades, and/or new technology deployments adhering to company's standard change management protocol.
• Represent Network Support on Major Incident Management Triage Calls
• Perform within established team and individual goals
• Actively participate in technology and business squads.
• Actively strives to maintains standards related to Operating Procedures/Processes, Documentation, Technology Evaluation and other areas to maintain effective operations
• Be an active learning partner with team members within and outside the department.
• Additional responsibilities may be required
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

• 4- 6 years of related experience
• Technologist mindset
• Holistic Understanding of Networks, with a strong emphasis on routing, switching and troubleshooting
• Networking Operational and Engineering skills in multi-domain environment focused on Layer 2 and 3, DNS, Load Balancing and Cyber-Security
• Ability to work in fast paced support environment
• Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps with a Resiliency mindset
