DTCC's Business Transformation Office (BTO) is a centralized internal consulting team that drives many of DTCC's most critical and impactful business initiatives. We partner with DTCC's leadership team to help execute on the organization's strategic agenda through the following core offerings: Transformation Programs, Business Process Improvement, Opportunity Assessment, Business Insights.

The Business Transformation Specialist position offers candidates an unparalleled opportunity to deliver against a portfolio of transformation projects, coupled with exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to effect positive change within a leading financial services institution.

Your Responsibilities:

    Work as part of a squad to collectively identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and smart ways to deploy process improvements and/or technology to solve business problems Pull from experiences and best practices to lead ad-hoc data and business analysis approaches from problem identification through solutioning and future state recommendations Lead/co-lead meetings with enterprise stakeholders, and end-users, to identify and understand current state business and technical processes, procedures and challenges Lead the development of documentation / workflows outlining current and future state scenarios Lead the creation of squad/engagement related strategic communications and reporting (presentations, reports, workflows, etc.) particularly to other members of the squad and senior and executive leadership Provide guidance and leadership to more junior members of the tribe, and associated squad, and resolve most issues leveraging your rapport and trust with squad members The selected candidate will play a key role within our Value Realization squad, which supports the Business Transformation Office in the way it measures the value and benefits delivered through our work.

Sound Like You?
    Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Workplace Analytics Demonstrated experience turning data into stories (dashboards, reporting, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with Manipulating data sets and using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) is highly valued Management Consulting background; preferable Big 4
