Role Description

We're building a Public Policy, Government Affairs & Social Impact Team at Dropbox that evangelizes Dropbox's mission of simplifying the way people work together and protecting our users. We aim to promote an open and vibrant digital society and to advance user privacy and data security.

As Dropbox's Senior Social Impact Manager, you will help manage and expand the human rights partnerships and skill-based volunteering projects that are essential to the recently established Dropbox Foundation. As part of the broader Social Impact Team, you also will support the expansion of Dropbox for Good (DfG), our internal grassroots organization that empowers Dropboxers to impact their local and global communities through volunteerism and philanthropy. You will work across Dropbox's global offices in close collaboration with our small, but high performing existing team. You will help leverage the power of our people, product, and resources to make the world a better place.

The strength of your leadership and project management skills, prior experience working with Foundations and/or community initiatives, and your positive energy and passion for philanthropy will enable you to effectively advance Dropbox's social impact priorities.
