Our Sales & Channel team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We're a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

Role Description
As an Industry Account Executive for our East Coast Media customers, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of Dropbox Business for our customers. You'll join a talented team striving for one thing: using technology to simplify people's lives. To do this, we're looking for smart, high-reaching people who are passionate about revolutionizing the way people work.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Fortune 500 clients and executives to serve as a trusted advisor
  • Mobilize a broad account team through a complex sales cycles
  • Present the value of Dropbox Business and our services to C-level executives
  • Evangelize the Dropbox vision through product demonstrations, field marketing events, and account-specific initiatives
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Drive revenue by identifying and closing a list of named accounts
  • Develop and scale out a territory-specific Strategic Enterprise strategy
Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in B2B software sales (preferably Enterprise Content Management, Document Management, Cloud-Based Solutions)
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Media and Entertainment Industry
  • Consistent track record of building pipeline and exceeding sales targets
  • Hunter mindset. Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing skills are your speciality
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships across your team and the company
  • Successfully sold software into Fortune 500 companies and bringing in top logos
  • Successfully sold into IT
  • Must be able to spend 25%+ time in the field calling on clients
  • Avid Dropbox user and a vocal technology evangelist
