Sales Operations Project Manager

Role Description
Dropbox is looking for an exceptionally motivated project manager with razor sharp analysis skills to join the Channel Operations team. This is an individual contributor role that requires a deep understanding of reseller eco system, exceptional analytical skills, bias toward action, strong partner and communication skills to:

  • Function as Project Manager for initiatives being launched in the Channel that will impact not only our Global Partners, but internal stakeholders including Direct Sales, Partner Account Managers, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Experience, Engineering among others
  • Manage projects including business case documentation, analysis and execution of end-to-end processes for channel sales initiatives

This role will directly impact the scalability of the channel and the acceleration of Revenue Operation's growth to help Dropbox achieve its vision through its Partners.
Project Management:
  • Responsible for overall project management of channel initiatives led by Channel operations
  • This includes managing a project plan & risks, own status updates, executive communication and cross functional liaison with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Revenue Operations

Business Analysis:
  • Collect requirements, formulate business cases and assist with prioritization and feedback collection
  • Manage & create channel operations ordering analytics & track project KPIs
  • Assist with project scoping, business analysis & business testing beginning from ideation to execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or graduate degree in a related business field with 4+ years of relevant experience or undergraduate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of Project management experience required
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is required
  • Prior experience in Partner eco system development such as Partner Portals is desired
  • Prior experience in Sales/ Channel Operations is required
