Recruiting Process Analyst

Role Description
We're looking for someone who loves digging into processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, implementing new process and managing education and change across large audiences. You must have the ability to balance multiple priorities, deep analytical rigor, and excellent communication skills that can be tailored to cross-functional audiences at every level. As the Recruiting Process Analyst, you will work closely with our People Team and support process innovation and implementation across several teams including Recruiting, Operations & Technology, Benefits, Finance and more.

Responsibilities

  • Become a member of a tight-knit partnership with client-aligned recruiters, sourcers and process teammates
  • Facilitating process workshops to understand user challenges, define process requirements and document future state process maps
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement with other stakeholders from recruiting, HR and the business
  • Develop business specification documents and mocks to confirm scope and alignment
  • Utilize analytics to test the effectiveness of process changes
  • Educate users responsible for managing and operating business processes
  • Develop plans to manage process change
  • Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance and overall user/team experience

Requirements
  • 3+ years of process management/business analysis in HR, Recruiting, Sales or Marketing in the technology industry (or other innovative rapid growth)
  • Conduct interviews and perform analysis to create business cases for projects
  • Demonstrated ability leading process design workshops and documenting business requirements
  • Experience developing delightful process maps and educating business users
  • Basic knowledge in Recruiting or HR processes and a passion for people processes
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape
  • Humble attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level strategic thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
  • Business Process Management (BPM) certifications a plus
