Programmatic Display Specialist

Role Description
We are the Digital Marketing team at Dropbox. We work to drive traffic, trials, and purchases for Dropbox paid products. We partner with all aspects of the marketing team to get the right message to the right audience at the right time, with a laser focus on optimizing our paid and owned media touch points.

We are seeking an analytical, creative, and result motivated Programmatic Display Specialist. You will assist us in driving growth of Dropbox's Business and Consumer products. You will be able to plan, execute, manage, optimize, and draw insights from programmatic display campaigns.
Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to execute and optimize media spend by making continual adjustments to creative, targeting, and bidding on various buying platforms
  • You will optimize the targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation for our campaigns
  • You should handle campaigns through placement audits, day-parting tactics, device bidding strategies and geo fencing
  • You love building things. Reporting dashboards to critical metrics and communicate performance to key partners
  • You will own the communication of campaign insights with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot campaign support issues
  • You will also handle projects around devising, launching, and measuring experiments such as Dropbox's landing page, banner ads and placements
  • You lead and own relationships with vendors and third party services
  • You will work with the internal teams and key platform partners regarding audience data strategy, measurement, and attribution opportunities
Requirements
  • Over two years of experience in programmatic display management
  • Experience working with multiple DSPs, Ad servers, and tracking capabilities (DCM, DBM, GDN) and can offer a strong opinion on the strengths and weaknesses of the different solutions
  • You have amazing quantitative skills and a comfort with numbers
  • You also have an ease with metrics and funnel optimization and are able to communicate the data story with ease
  • You have had experience and exposure collaborating with external agencies
  • You have exceptional writing, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Enterprise software industry and trends
  • If you have Digital media buyer experience at an agency this is an added bonus
  • Experience with SQL and strong familiarity with Tableau would be an added benefit in this role
