Professional Services Lead - EMEA

Team Description 

Our Sales team shares Dropbox Business and Dropbox Enterprise with enterprises around the world, helping them understand the power Dropbox has to offer teams at scale. We're a collaborative and empathetic Sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

Role Description

You will be joining Dropbox to lead a pioneering team that is working on building a world-class Enterprise Professional Services organisation in EMEA. If you're a talented technology professional with experience leading and driving enterprise SaaS technology programs, managing teams, and transforming business workflows, then we’d love to hear from you.


  • Drive conversations with and influence critical customer stakeholders, including senior IT resources such as enterprise architects, to develop a program vision, key value metrics and a tactical execution plan
  • Establish and maintain trusted adviser relationships with customers from the C-level to the front line, both within IT and business units
  • Provide guidance according to established best practices on application and integration development, enterprise architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, and technical environment management
  • Develop solution architectures and work with solution developers to build and deploy custom solutions
  • Directly manage and grow an EMEA team of Business Transformation specialists 
  • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop statements of work and pricing proposals for services engagements


  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience building, scaling, and leading Professional Services teams in SaaS environments 
  • Significant Enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions, filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources
  • Experience in implementing SaaS technologies and enterprise deployments 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for a senior level audience
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
