Product Marketing Manager, Paper

Role Description
This role is for Dropbox Paper, one of Dropbox's newest collaboration products. Paper is growing rapidly, and is strategically critical to both the Dropbox brand narrative and the company's future growth in the collaboration space.

The Paper PMM team owns everything from generating awareness, to driving signups, to helping users stay engaged. As a result, this role is deeply strategic and multi-dimensional, involving not just product launches but also foundational research and go-to-market strategy, brand awareness, acquisition, and user education. We're looking for well-rounded marketers who can balance the big picture with sweating the details, and who are excited for high-impact and high-visibility work.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute launch plans for new product features, working closely with product management, communications, engineering, design, support, and sales teams
  • Drive awareness and consideration of Dropbox Paper through multi-channel campaigns (both owned and paid), from strategy to execution
  • Partner with the product team on designing and executing campaigns to engage and educate users
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to showcase Paper at events, in content, and through influencer activations
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of product marketing experience
  • Extraordinary prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling into actionable key takeaways
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, and experience working closely with product, PR, design, and sales teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to build programs from scratch
