Lead Generation Manager, AMER

Role Description
We are looking for a savvy, capable marketer to join the Digital Marketing Lead Generation team to develop scalable programs and processes for our outbound field sales organization. You will lead the charge to ensure that all campaign operations run smoothly for our lead generation activities, which include support for campaign tracking, web analytics, reporting and analysis, business scorecards, testing and optimization, automated dashboards, cross-channel analysis segmentation and data integration/platforms. As a key strategic member to the Digital Marketing Lead Generation, the role will support Marketing leadership with proper business insights to monitor the health of their business/pipeline and keep both Sales & Marketing teams accountable.

  • Execute and monitor campaigns via Marketo and Salesforce.com
  • Build and manage lead generation campaigns that have a clear ROI/pipeline generation focus
  • Refine lead scoring model and processes that streamline sales efficiencies
  • Develop & manage automated triggered, lifecycle and ad hoc B2B email campaigns to continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention of leads
  • Collaborate with sales and campaigns team to develop creative marketing campaigns designed to engage prospective and existing customers
  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative and analytical mindset
  • Analytical skills - unraveling and solving business process issues
  • 5+ years experience with Eloqua/Marketo/SFDC (SFDC or Marketo Admin is a plus)
  • 5+ years experience delivering tangible pipeline and lead results for demand generation campaigns
  • Self starter, with a real passion for building
  • Undergraduate BS/BA degree
