Role Description
As a HRIS Analyst- Workday in the Dropbox ITS organization, you will support the Dropbox HR system projects that are laying the foundation for Dropbox's core internal systems. You'll partner cross-functionally with business partners across the organization to deliver solutions for Dropbox's unique internal business needs. These projects help Dropbox mature from a systems perspective; The analyst, HRIS will work on multiple projects, support the business processes, contribute as a subject matter expert. This includes writing specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use.
Responsibilities
- As a hands on analyst, you provide the technical and functional expertise regarding HRIS (Workday), as well as other HR systems tools such as Greenhouse, supporting Integration and reporting
- Deep technical expertise in Integrating workday with various peripheral applications. Design, build and test Integration solutions. Understand interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
- Deep expertise in creating reports
- Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation and overall system performance. Work and support semi-annual Workday updates
- Provide production support, and work on troubleshooting and resolving critical issues
- Configuration/Setup of business data
- Design and maintenance of application (Workday) security
- Contribute to change management and training efforts
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries. Develop and optimize standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Perform regression testing and work on contingency plans to assure project objectives are met
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to employees
- Consistently produce clear, concise and accurate status reports
- Work with both onshore-offshore team
- Able to effectively handle various tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience working and supporting Workday HRIMS projects
- Strong technical aptitude, technology knowledge desired
- Minimum 3 years Workday HR techno-functional experience with at least two of the following products: Core HCM (required), Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, Time-Tracking and Absence Management
- Experience in Greenhouse would be a strong plus
- Knowledge in Workday Integration tools Packaged Integrations, Workday studio, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB)
- Experience in a consulting or other professional services environment strongly preferred
