Global Campaigns Marketing Lead

Role Description

We are looking for a B2B marketing leader with the experience and vision necessary to develop and lead global marketing campaigns for Dropbox. The Marketing Lead for Global Campaigns will be responsible for driving world-class content and marketing programs that inspire business leaders about the future of work. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller and business strategist, has the ability to turn data into inspiring and actionable insights, and has a track record of success in driving marketing campaigns that reach and engage the IT community. 


  • Build, run, and manage effective marketing campaigns to promote Dropbox as a world-class business brand
  • Drive awareness, consideration, and intent for Dropbox business solutions across all audience segments, SMB to enterprise
  • Partner effectively with Dropbox executives, Communications and Product teams to develop campaign strategies and key messages
  • Develop and package thought-leadership content, working closely with channel owners (social, email, web, events, field, advertising, and PR) to lead global campaigns
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team


  • 8+ years experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • At least 3+ years of leading and growing a team
  • Ease with metrics measurement and funnel optimization
  • Experience managing external agencies to produce premium content
  • Exceptional writing, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of SaaS/enterprise software industry and trends
