EMEA Strategic Sourcer

Role Description

We’re looking for a world class Sourcer to join our EMEA recruiting team in Dublin. Sourcers identify, attract and assess qualified candidates, while (crucially) building and nurturing the talent pipeline of future Dropboxers. Responsibilities 

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the hiring needs of our business
  • Take an active role in defining and iterating on sourcing and recruiting
  • Create and execute unique, creative and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent
  • Build deep and lasting relationships with networking groups of all shapes and sizes across Europe
  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate passive candidates
  • Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline, including developing business-specific diversity sourcing plans and strategies
  • Work with our Global Employment Brand team to ensure our EMEA sourcing efforts align with our passive candidate attraction strategy
  • Manage candidates and provide them with best-in- class candidate experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience required
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
  • Proven track record of assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
  • Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Dropbox
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
