Diversity Technical Sourcer - Seattle

Role Description 

Our Diversity Sourcing team is a newly found team on Team Recruiting that will take our current diversity sourcing and recruiting initiatives to the next level.  As a Technical Diversity Sourcer you will partner with Recruiting and our Engineering hiring teams taking an active role in defining, launching, analyzing, and iterating on innovative diversity sourcing strategies.  Our global Dropbox team is continually working to solve hard, technical challenges for millions of creators and innovators around the world so the sky is the limit to your potential impact to support our mission. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand current (and future) hiring needs
  • Design and execute on strategies for identifying and engaging active and passive diverse candidates
  • Take an active role in defining and iterating on customized diversity sourcing strategies for technical teams 
  • Create and continue improving processes to use the networks of Dropboxers in order to drive successful referral programs 
  • Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations  
  • You value providing delightful candidate experiences 
  • Analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting to identify areas of improvement and provide data-inspired recommendations guide decision-making related to diversity recruiting strategies and goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of diversity sourcing or recruiting experience (or related prospecting experience)
  • You have a solid knowledge of business functions across Engineering, Product & Design (Software Engineer, Infrastructure, Security, Platform, Product Management and Designers)
  • You have a passion and demonstrated ability to successfully identify, qualify, and engage diverse candidates at all skill levels
  • You have a working knowledge and demonstrated success of an applicant tracking system and sourcing strategies and tools 
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and their strengths, motivations, and interests, to successfully connect that individual with the right opportunity and team at Dropbox
  • Extraordinary teamwork and multitasking skills
  • You must be able to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
