Digital Performance Marketing Manager

Role Description
Dropbox is seeking a data-savvy Digital Performance Marketer with the experience to accelerate growth for our lead generation activities. Collaborating with various cross-functional teams, this person will be building a premier performance marketing program to help scale Dropbox Business. You will develop the end-to-end acquisition strategy to drive quality leads for our Sales organization through thoughtful, optimized programs across all paid media channels. With the ability to strongly impact growth, the Performance marketer will bias for results and ought to have the ability to operate in an energizing environment. This role will have a significant impact on the Marketing and Sales teams and a large influence on Dropbox's global success.

  • Develop the paid media strategy for lead generation to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
  • Build a premier demand generation program that demonstrates a multi-channel approach to achieve business growth and revenue goals
  • Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels (Display, Paid social)
  • Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed strong company goals (a/b testing, etc.)
  • Partner with Campaigns, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Design team members to develop compelling content that will drive critical metrics
  • Work with Marketing Analytics to craft a foundation for reporting and metrics framework that can be shared across all teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and lead generation partners to constantly improve and optimize for success
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance to key business partners
  • 2-3+ years experience across one or several performance marketing channels (paid search, paid social, Display)
  • Validated results driving growth on direct response programs across multiple digital marketing channels
  • Experience measuring and reporting the impact of paid media campaigns
  • Previous relationships/interactions with key vendors and partners
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
  • Experience using Adwords, Power Editor. Experience with the DoubleClick suite would be ideal
  • Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment implementation, etc. is a plus
