Digital Marketing Lead

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Lead will join the Acquisition Marketing team and lead global adoption of Dropbox for Business and Dropbox Pro. The role will be responsible for managing and scaling all biddable media marketing channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting and pilot new channels. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a deep understanding of the end-to-end marketing funnel, performance marketing, sales pipeline, landing page optimization, analytics and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the budget, forecasting and tracking of spend and revenue targets for the Paid Media team
  • Scale key business initiatives across customer acquisition, branding, and sales pipeline
  • Define the strategy, budget, and testing cadence to build out new media channels 
  • Become collaborative business partner with all cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, such as: International Marketing, Product Marketing and Business Marketing
  • Determine the suite of tools, automation and processes necessary for scale
  • Communicate analysis, learnings and insights to other teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in online marketing. Minimum 2–3 years operational SEM role required
  • 2+ years experience in managing a team and developing talent
  • Deep and hands-on experience with Google Adwords a must
  • Demonstrable mastery of programatic display, retargeting and paid social necessary
  • Self starter, with a passion for building
  • Past experience owning a budget
  • Proficiency in in SQL, HiveQL, or a related query language preferred
  • B2B or SaaS marketing experience a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
