Commercial Legal Analyst - University Grad

Our legal team counsels Dropboxers on challenging problems across all aspects of Dropbox’s business.   We deal with new issues every day, while standing up for users and helping our company and product grow.
As a commercial legal analyst, you’ll work with teams of people across Dropbox (like marketing, finance, sales, brand, and engineering), and gain tons of practical experience in the intersection of law and business. Under the supervision of our attorneys, you’ll negotiate important contracts, you’ll help us build our legal infrastructure, and you’ll work closely with our customers, partners, and vendors.  If you’re passionate about the law and business and love a challenging, team-focused, fast-moving environment, then this is the place for you. 
This opportunity is based in our San Francisco Headquarters. 
  • Work with attorneys to draft, negotiate, and shepherd contracts.
  • Engage with customers and partners to keep Dropbox running smoothly.
