Business Development Representative

Role Description
As a Business Development Rep at Dropbox, you get the opportunity to be the first point of contact for large potential customers across North America. You'll join a team of ambitious yet humble people who enjoying learning and working together to help everyone reach their fullest potential.

Our Sales team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the globe, helping them understand the power Dropbox has to offer teams at scale. We're a collaborative and empathetic Sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.


  • 1-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or marketing (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)
  • Passion for Dropbox and a strong commitment to navigate large, complex organizations and educate them on the value that Dropbox Business will provide them
  • You enjoy being in an environment and amongst peers that set bold goals and you bring a consistent track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets
  • You are naturally curious and enjoy learning
  • Knowledge of a plus
  • Excellent academic qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • US work authorization
  • You will develop and qualify opportunities within large enterprises
  • You will prospect and identify key executives at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship
  • You will work closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline for the Dropbox Business product
