Role Description
We're looking for a Diversity Sourcer to join our Diversity Recruiting Team supporting our GBO and G&A recruiting colleagues. You will help us tell the Dropbox story to a diverse audience and play an active role in building the pipeline of future Dropboxers. Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand current (and future) hiring needs
  • Design and execute on strategies for identifying and engaging active and passive diverse candidates
  • Advise hiring managers and recruiting partners using market mapping
  • Take an active role in defining and iterating on customized diversity sourcing strategies for business functions/teams across GBO and G&A
  • Create a process to leverage the networks of Dropboxers and drive diverse referrals
  • Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as proactively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations to tap for future openings
  • Deliver delightful candidate experiences as measured by candidate survey data
  • Provide data-inspired recommendations to guide decision-making related to diversity recruiting strategies and goals
  • Leverage recruiting and pipeline data to identify areas of improvement in the staffing process
  • Determine effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting
  • Attend and support various diversity recruiting events and conferences
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (or related prospecting experience)
  • Solid knowledge of business functions across GBO and G&A organizations: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Finance, Legal, People, and Business Strategy
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to successfully identify, qualify, and engage diverse candidates at all skill levels
  • Broad understanding of diversity organizations and groups, comfortable communicating and engaging with members of all diverse communities
  • Working knowledge of a major applicant tracking system (Greenhouse, Jobvite, etc) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Connectifier, etc)
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Dropbox
  • Exceptional teamwork and multitasking skills
  • Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • Attendance at events/conferences after hours may sometimes be necessary
