Americas Demand Generation Manager

Role Description
We're looking for an exceptional marketing manager with the experience necessary to plan and execute Americas demand generation campaigns that will drive the growth of our Dropbox Business product. Collaborating with various cross-functional teams across the marketing organization, the outbound marketing manager will set the strategy and messaging for various B2B campaigns and programs that are designed to maximize awareness around our products and drive consideration/purchase of our solution. With the ability to strongly impact the growth for our core business products, the demand marketing manager must have the skills to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment and execute independently on day-to-day requirements.

  • Build, run, and manage effective marketing campaigns to promote Dropbox as a world-class business brand
  • Drive awareness, consideration, and intent for Dropbox business solutions across Mid-Market and Enterprise Business segments in the Americas market
  • Partner effectively with Marketing, Communications, Sales and Product teams to develop campaign strategies and key messages
  • Analyze performance metrics and proactively optimize campaigns to increase performance
  • Identifies trends in data and execution best practices to improve effectiveness of future campaign initiatives
  • 5+ years experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ease with metrics measurement and funnel optimization
  • Comfort partnering with Sales and aligning marketing activities to support revenue goals
  • Experience managing external agencies to produce premium content
  • Exceptional writing, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry and B2B marketing trends
