Sales Operations Analyst

Job Duties

  • Respond to requests to create accurate orders/opportunities within Salesforce CRM, following a strict set of protocols
  • Verify data in Salesforce is valid and consistent with work flows
  • Navigate within Salesforce objects and fields to locate information and find errors in data
  • Document process improvement opportunities
  • Entering and Reporting Data using Salesforce.com
    • Basic searches to of account information
    • Opportunity Creation / Submission
    • Pull Reports such as:
      • Contacts and leads
      • Accounts
      • Opportunities
      • Products
    • Overall, thirst to learn, solve, and be a valuable contributor

 

Qualifications

  • Salesforce.com understanding is desired, will be taught on the job
  • Detail oriented is a must
  • Strong focus on process control
  • Solid quantitative skills
  • Intermediate Excel Skills (one year of practical Excel experience required)
  • Should be experienced with some of these Excel functions, and willing to learn others:

o   Vlookup Functions

o   Sumifs and Countifs functions

o   Macros – Preferred

o   Pivot Tables

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
