About the Role:

 

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the voice of our customers to Sales, Product, and Development. This is a customer centric company and you will have influence over decisions made throughout the company. Your ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and have fun while doing it will not go to waste here.  We look for great people and let them do what they are great at.  In this fast-paced role, you will quickly get to know our business and our customers. 


Basic Performance Objectives:


• Drive solutions for industry-related client inquiries over the phone, live chat, email and community discussion forums. 
• Educate customers on DI data definitions, business rules and ingestion processes. 
• Work with customers on complex issues related to the oil and gas industry, approx. 12 a day • Deliver client feedback to development teams to enhance future products and services. 

• Deliver product team feedback to customers. Must be comfortable with transparency, empathy, and steering any conversation toward constructive collaboration
• Increase the proficiency of DI product usage among our clients. 
 Use your knowledge of the DI Product Suite to identify additional applications we can offer customers to make their lives easier

Competitive Candidate Profile:


• Oil and Gas related bachelors or industry experience of 2 years 
• Experience with industry software a plus (i.e. Petra, PHDWin, Petra, Aries, GeoGraphix etc.). 
• Experience providing a positive and solutions-oriented client experience. 
• Proven ability to define client issues and leverage resources to solve problems. 
• Enjoyable, genuine, positive attitude
