Job Description:
Join the HRIS (People Operations) team as a key member responsible for shared service support within the Workday HCM system, iCIMS administration, enterprise interface builder (EIB).
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide shared service support for various News Corp Companies
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge to troubleshoot and fix Workday related issues
- Provides technical support and responds to all assigned JIRA tickets
- Handle administration and support of existing environment and future upgrades of iCIMS
- Perform enterprise integration builder (EIB) in Workday
- Develop functional specifications, review existing Time Tracking & Absence modules, recommend solutions to enhance/ improve current implementation of absence management in Workday
- Continually seek ways to improves the process of delivering Workday and iCIMS solutions

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
- 3+ years of operation and development support or relevant HRIS technical experience, preferably experience in Workday
- Strong applicant tracking system administration and support experience
- Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday enterprise integration builder (EIB), calculated fields, condition rules, and transformations
- Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others
