Senior Marketing Manager
Job Title: Senior Global Marketing Manager, Risk & Compliance, Dow Jones (B2B)
Develop and lead execution of the global marketing strategy for the Risk & Compliance business as part of the Professional Information Business marketing team. Support Dow Jones corporate initiatives and strategic management of the master Dow Jones brand, which brings together world-leading data, media, membership and intelligence solutions to power the most ambitious companies and professionals.
Working in tandem with the Risk & Compliance unit, create marketing plans and implement strategies by activating teams across the business (tech, product, customer insights, and several units within sales marketing including demand generation, sales training and enablement) to establish robust retention and accelerated growth, using a data-driven philosophy. Squeeze the most impact possible out of all five stages of the lean marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
In close collaboration with the R&C General Manager and market specialists (product team), as well as key stakeholders on the sales and sales marketing team, develop a deep understanding of priority audience segments, new products to take to market and revenue targets, as well as and any other critical business initiatives. Overriding objectives are to drive demand and awareness in the marketplace, generate high quality leads, identify opportunities for collaboration and co-marketing across the whole of Dow Jones' news offerings (including consumer brands), enable the sales team with the tools and materials they need to effectively prospect, upsell and close deals across Dow Jones' collective professional offering.
Serve as the primary marketing resource for the EMEA-based sales function across all Professional Information Business units.
