Job Description:

The role of Managing Director, Wealth Management is responsible for managing all aspects of underwriting, membership, content, and commercial strategy regarding the Wealth & Asset Management Team's advisor business. The role also entails development of the team's international business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate in pursuing revenue and membership growth opportunities across the global wealth management ecosystem, and be fully aware of key industry trends that inform our content, event, and membership offerings.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage global enterprise wealth management firm client relationships to maintain and increase revenue, membership, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the live journalism and related digital content development function globally.
  • Liaise with core Barron's product, editorial, and leadership teams to foster alignment and integration with broader Barron's Group initiatives and strategy

Requirements:
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others on team.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze revenue, profit, and membership results to inform strategy
  • Total subject matter mastery of the capital markets, wealth advisory, and financial services industry.
  • Ability to form and articulate opinions on key global wealth market trends.
  • Excellence in writing with ability to create practical, engaging, and enduring content descriptions and copy for promotional use.
  • Ability to implement and execute complex strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to Travel to events and meetings.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience.
