Responsibilities

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives supporting the different areas of HR :: Compensation & Benefits, Global Learning & Development, University Recruiting, HR Operations and HR Business Partner support

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Customer service – diplomatic and friendly
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Event and logistics planning
  • High level of detail orientation
  • Time management – ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
