Mobile Content Business - Dolby Vision - SF office


As the driver for the Mobile Content Business, you will be responsible for building and executing the strategy, messaging, go-to-market plans and sales enablement for our Mobile Product worldwide. As this is an early stage product you will be in an ideal position to take full ownership by proving the value and demonstrating rapid growth and adoption of this product. You will work cross-functionally and will participate in every facet of the product's journey, from determining the best positioning for each market segment to driving feature prioritization and external communications.

Primary roles and responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the go-to-market plan for the Dolby Vision Mobile Product for content
  • Develop the value proposition and messaging
  • Identify key target customers within identified segments across multiple regions
  • Build sales plans and create materials that ensure our sales channels are able to effectively and consistently deliver the right messages to our target customers
  • Perform buyer and market research to understand industry trends
  • Partner with our marketing team to craft an effective marketing strategy and mobile focused messaging that resonates with our partners
  • Drive our mobile content operational plan and partner closely with product and engineering to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to identify new mobile product enhancements and opportunities
  • Plan and rollout ecosystem development steps for social, OTT and live direct-to-consumer content for mobile
  • Recommend product pricing based on customer feedback, competitive analysis and market factors
  • Inspire, excite and educate internal and external audiences about the value of Dolby Vision for Mobile
  • Secure and monetize new partners and continually build value in the relationships


  • Proven track record in driving new business and technology initiatives, with the ability to think out of the box and create new channels, partnerships and what is needed to drive market adoption
  • Demonstratable knowhow winning new partnerships with revenue objectives
  • Hands on mindset with strong leadership, time management and presentation skills
  • Experience building strong and collaborative cross-functional partnerships with direct communication
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear concise manner
  • Deep knowledge of the digital video content ecosystem and an understanding of HDR video and Dolby's products


  • MBA or relevant work experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically and overseas
