What This Entails:

Dogfish Head Companies is seeking an Off-Centered Keeper of Happy Customers to join our ever-expanding Hospitality crew! The Keeper will be the point-of-contact for inquiries, guest issues, and requests, appropriately resolving, guiding, celebrating or supporting the needs of our customers by connecting them with the knowledge they seek from our hospitality properties, merchandise world, distillery and brewery. As master of all forms of communication, you will monitor and respond to guest feedback from all channels ensuring the highest level of customer service. An affinity for analytics would come in handy as we’ll be expecting this person to utilize data collected from guest surveys to predict and share trends, big wins and areas of opportunity to all Dogfish entities. The ability to multi-task and adapt on the fly are essential qualities for this role. You must be dedicated to staying current with product knowledge, events and compellingly and passionately telling the Dogfish story.  Building rapport with others comes easily to you as literally everyone is your new best friend. You will redefine the way we connect with the Dogfish community through your many interactions whether face-to-face or through a screen. As key liaison for the Dogfish Loyalty Program you will coordinate membership and engagement, ensuring a world class experience for all members. What You Need To Land This Gig:

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or some other relevant discipline such as Hospitality Management. You must have a minimum of 5 years in customer service, hospitality or retail environments. This can’t be your first rodeo, prior experience providing superior consumer & guest support in a hospitality setting is essential. You must have exceptional communication skills, including both written and spoken. The ideal person will be extremely organized, meticulous, thorough, self-motivated, organized, and did we say, organized? Exceptional computing skills with MS Office products, specifically Word and Excel, are essential! The successful candidate will be the kind of person who doesn’t need to be asked but rather just recognizes when something needs doing and does it. You are the wizard of making lemons out of lemonade, maintaining an unshakeable calm and the ability to remain rational in the face of customer issues. A healthy passion for our beer & spirits is a huge plus. A healthy passion for off-centeredness and our brand is essential.
