Technical Support Specialist

If you enjoy dealing with everyday technical issues then we are looking forward to hearing from you! Docler Holding is looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our office in Hong Kong and assist in the day to day support related activities.

What you will really be doing:

  • Responsible for software installation, general computer configuration, 3rd party application troubleshooting and problem resolution, hardware issue resolution, asset moving, cable arrangement, seating, network maintenance, user accounts and related issues, inventory follow-ups and anything relevant connected to these directly or indirectly
  • Following workflows and rules
  • Checking live camera feeds on our mainstream entertainment sites, improving the quality of content, filtering any inappropriate activities
  • Handling and solving problems raised by the broadcasters.
  • Participation in the product related projects of the company.
  • Offering high quality customer support to the users of the Docler sites using various communication channels.

Requirements

Expectations:

  • 1+ year of professional experience acquired in the field of customer support or as BackOffice Administrator or a similar position
  • Good command of English
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Moderate self-sufficiency
  • Basic general computing hardware knowledge
  • Strong level computer user and web knowledge.
  • Be in position to work in shifts
  • Customer focused attitude and mentality
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese is a must and Mandarin is an advantage
