Senior Financial Analyst/Manager FP&A

This is a high profile position. You will help drive the analysis that provides the basis for informed corporate decision-making. This is a new role in the company. As a result, you will have a direct role in building a world class planning and analysis function. The right individual will coordinate global financial planning. This role reports directly to the CFO.

What you will really be doing

  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Senior Management for decision making purposes
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
  • Develop and enhance performance metrics based on upcoming business/product developments
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Drive the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operational Planning and Modeling tools
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis and assistance as needed
  • Draft and present analysis and recommendations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
  • Assist in and lead due diligence and acquisition integration as needed

Requirements

Expectations

  • 5-7 years of financial analysis experience preferably in a Tech/FinTech company
  • Fluent in English; French/German/Hungarian a plus
  • Comfortable working in cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Acquisition and divestiture analysis required
  • Strong data management and Excel skills
  • BA or BS is required
  • Ability to translate varied amounts of data into useful information
  • Strong ability to communicate results to both finance and business managers in a credible and influential manner
  • Ability to maintain a superior level of attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads and successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to understand financial issues in an environment of rapid change
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence teams
  • Experience managing small teams
  • Experience in project management is a strong plus.
